PAYMENTS
Payment may be made in advance for the agreed price of any hiring using this facility. Please select the appropriate amount from the drop-down menu options. Any necessary overpayment will be refunded in cash on the day of the hiring.
GENERAL BUSINESS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payments

Payment in full is required by the end of the hire period unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.
- Payment may be made by cash or cheque on the day, or in advance by debit or credit card through this website.
- For established credit accounts full payment is required 15 days after receipt of invoice.
- Cheques should be made payable to "Freelance Chauffeur"
Cancelations
- Any cancellation within 24 hours of the hire commencing will be subject to a charge of 60% of the total invoice. A no-show by the client will result in a charge of 100% of the total invoice.
Liability
- Peter Legg or employees accepts no responsibility or liability in the event of any loss or damage to client's property or luggage whilst the hirer is not with the vehicle at the time of the loss or damage. In the event of an incident Peter Legg reserves the right to substitute a similar vehicle to the one booked. In the case of an emergency if a different vehicle of a lower standard is provided an adjustment to the hire cost will be made. On airport or seaport transfers adequate travelling time is quoted by email and Peter Legg or his employees accept no responsibility for delays beyond their control i.e. Motorway closures and diversions caused by major incidents.
